Nausea and early satiety in a woman with type 1 diabetes

38-year-old woman with type 1 diabetes for 22 years (HbA1c 71 mmol/mol) and 6 months of nausea, early satiety, bloating and occasional vomiting. Gastroscopy normal. Medication: basal-bolus insulin and codeine phosphate 30 mg four times daily for back pain, started 2 months ago. On the morning of the study her pre-meal capillary glucose was 17.8 mmol/L and she had taken her usual codeine. Request: gastroparesis?
