Postcoital bleeding in a 44-year-old
History
44-year-old woman with postcoital bleeding. Examination under anaesthesia: 5 cm exophytic cervical tumour with left parametrial involvement, not reaching the pelvic side wall; biopsy shows squamous cell carcinoma. MRI confirms parametrial invasion and enlarged pelvic nodes; no hydronephrosis. Request: FDG PET/CT staging before chemoradiotherapy.
