Right upper lobe mass in a 64-year-old smoker
History
64-year-old man, 45 pack-years, with haemoptysis. CT: 36 mm spiculated right upper lobe mass. Bronchoscopic biopsy: adenocarcinoma, EGFR and ALK negative, PD-L1 20%. ECOG 0, FEV1 78% predicted. Request: FDG PET/CT staging; is he suitable for radical treatment?
